BACK FROM KOTA TINGGI SEC 3 CAMP!
HAHA! The camp experience was seriously, honestly EXCELLENT!
The night before was kinda tired to pack everything but luckily my mom helped me.
DAY 1:
Arrived at school to meet before heading off to Kota Tinggi Rainforest Resort.
Sat we Pet on the bus while Fish say with Matthew. The bus journey was super fast cos' almost everyone was sound asleep. Reached the camp site and our group, Group 10 was merged with 3D1, Group 7. Our instructor is Eunice who's super encouraging, caring and CUTE! LOL
Had lunch first before proceeding for the water activities while the other group climbed the Pelepah Waterfall. The activities were funny shit. First was the high beam and second was the Indiana Jones. THAT WAS SUPER COOL LA! HAHA! No one managed to get across but those who tried enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Fishaye hung on for a super long time(:!
Had the river cascading? next and we sabo Miss Wan to do it too. 3 cheers for her! Activities stopped due to rain. Washing up next followed by dinner, campfire night debriefing then nights out.
Slept with Pet, Fish, Wanjie, Roseanna, Gracia and Rachel. haha. Gracia and i snored! haha! i heard her snoring pretty loudly and Pet says i snore like 'oink' one word then stop. something like that. HAHA! im so weird!
Day 2:
Washed up, Breakfast followed by the waterfall expedition. Walked a super long walk before reaching the mini waterfall. Had lotsa fun bonding with my class. Played and Splashed water there before we had to head back again. Washed up, dinner and debriefing.
Had to go to the front of everyone to say abt our experience. Ok, i admit. I'm a coward cos' im so scared to go in front. And its without the microphone too. haha. Anw, Leonard went to say too. While hearing the other classes, Fish and i got a lil high cos she told me abt the indiana jones thing about Nadim. IT WAS SUPER HILARIOUS THAT I COULDN"T STOP LAUGHING!
Packed up and headed back to Singapore afterwards. The journey back was pretty fast cos' the ride was like a roller coaster one.
Throughout this camp, I really enjoyed myself. Well, except for the showring time cos the toilets were really bad. Had a great time bonding with my classmates. Really could see the unitedness of 3E during this camp. All of us were really united and strong together. And, Matthew who was super super hilarious throughout the entire the camp. Hilary who was super cute and funny! And of course my dearest PET AND FISH! The four of us Pet, Fish, Matthew and i sorta stuck together mostly. 3E'08 ROCKS SOCKS!

BACK FROM PERTH! and yes, its gonna be a long post without pics at the moment cos' its nt loaded to the com yet but i'll do that later. So it might be boring for most because i'll be writing in essay form? But well, im just still so exhilarated abt it so i shall just blog. sorry.
6 June 08, Friday Night:
Reached the airport around 10 plus and met up with the others. Settled some admin stuffs before checking in our luggages. Seniors, Wenfen, Li Lian and Mr Teo came to sent us off too(: Thanks(! Awhile later, checked into departure area and thats when Pet forgot abt her shoes. However, her parents sped home to get it for her so all was good.
Went in the aeroplane and was sitting with Maya and Joyce. And i was dumb cos' when i went to the toilet thr, i forgot to lock it so someone pushed the door open and PHEW, my reaction was fast enough to close it. It was then i realised i must lock it so the outside sign changes to OCCUPIED.
DAY 1, 7 June 08:
Reached Perth in the early morning and we're super honoured cos' the pilot announced : Welcome to Perth, Have an enjoyable stay there. We also want to wish Dunman Secondary School an enjoyable time in Perth for their field trip. HAHA!
Checked out of the airport and met our guide/in-charge? called Mr Clive and our driver Christine. Christine was super fun and cool! She drove us to our apartments which is City Stay Apartments. Left our luggages thr before heading off to King's Park and Botanical Gardens. Took many beautiful pics of the scenery and our guide for the day, Greg, showed us around the area explaining to us the diff plants and uses. Pretty interesting ya.
Left for lunch later at Kailis for fish&chips before heading off to look at more sceneries like the Maritime Museum, Bather's beach etc (cant really rmb all the names). At the same time, learned alot abt the culture and facts abt other diff islands in Western Aus. Headed to fremantle market to get our dinner after that before heading back to the hotel to rest. Room mates were Julia, Maya and Maisarah. Was sharing a room with Jul and she's simply awesome! In fact my group was really great! Had many fun times esp during our chit chatting sessions.
DAY 2, 8 June 08:
Went to Lake Monger to see the black swans but couldn't see much. Coach didnt join us cos' she was nt feeling well. Later on, went to the Northern beaches and took many pics. The beaches were simply so pretty.
Left for AQWA marine park and went to the underwater world. Explored many diff sea creatures etc. There was even a touch pool thr. Had lunch later on at hilary's boat harbour before proceeding to Caversham Wildlife Park. Saw my church friend thr too!, cos' he's thr with he's school band. Saw how sheeps were being sheared, cows being milked. Took pics with the Koalas, Wombats and Kangaroos. Really pretty and wonderful. Last place for the day was the Margaret River Chocolate Factory.
DAY 3, 9 June 08:
Took a train ride to Fremantle Prison with our guide for the day, Christian. Learned alot of stuffs about the prison and was shocked about the living conditions thr. It used to operate till 1991 till it closed down for tourism. People now even hold weddings thr as thr's a chapel in the prison! haha
Went for lunch and shopping later and well, some things happened but its all cleared up and all good! Rushed through shopping and managed to get souveniers. Later that night, went to Challenge Stadium to watch a live netball match. West Coast Fever (Aussie team) VS Central Pulse (NZ team). The match ended halfway due to the ceiling leakage.
DAY 4, 10 June 08:
Had training in the morning at 6.30am at the park opp our apartments. Nearly died though cos the air was super cold which made our throats super painful and stinging as the air pressure was kinda low. But it was a good experience though, running with windbreakers in the icy cold atmosphere with smoke coming out of our mouths.
Training ended around 7 plus. Headed back to the apartments to complete some assignments before heading off to Saint Mary's Anglican Girls' School. I LOVE THAT SCHOOL! The girls there are awesomely friendly! THEY'RE just super nice. Was paired up with Grady together with Joyce and Atika. Grady showed us around the school and we met some of her friends. Had classroom immersion and her lesson was drama. Saw how the girls in the class performed and they were really good! Really enjoyed the drama lesson.
After sch, had a netball match with them. Stripped to our training gear and it was an excellent experience playing in the cold! haha. Later on had dinner with the girls and sat around with a saint mary's girls. They were hilarious. Reached back hotel and changed up then debriefing.
DAY 5, 11 June 08:
Training at 6.30 again and after training headed to the mini shopping mall opp our apartments. Managed to buy sport shoes from there together with fish and fiona. Went back and got changed before heading off to Iona Presentation College. Had gym classes with the girls which was pretty funny as we had to do a performance! haha. Had match with them later on but didnt perform as well as we performed against St Mary's.
Went back to the apartment for a BBQ dinner. Debriefing later on and back to the rooms for packing.
DAY 6, 12 June 08:
Woke up and packed the last min stuff before making our way to the Perth Mint. Saw how gold was being made. Didn't want to engrave a coin for souvenier as i already had one. But almost all was doing so i couldn't resist the temptation and did one. haha.
Had lunch before heading back the hotel to check out before proceeding to the airport. Missed everything dearly at Perth. Really wanna go back there again. Miss the 5 over days together with everyone. Sat with HuiQi and lubna on the plane back and watched Step-up 2 again and Forever The Moment. A true story of the South Korea's Women handball team at the 2004 athen's olympics. Touched down at Singapore around 9 and saw Dad, Mummy and sister waiting for me.
LASTLY:
Overall, i have to say this trip was really good. Missed everything there! Missed rooming with jul cos' she's super funny! Miss my room-mates too. Learned alot from this trip and after what had happened, it made us a stronger team once more(: Really missed pet and fishaye too cos i didnt room with them. Of course, really missed the wonderful memories we've all had together. Joyce, Dira, Halima, Atika, Julia, Maya, Maisarah, HuiQi, Pet, Fish, Fiona and Lubna. And lastly, thanks to Coach, Miss Siti and Ashwini(:
I KNEW MY SISTER MISSED ME! she kept denying she wont miss me when i told her she would but she admitted it after i came back last night. HAHAHA!

Ok, So we're all leaving for Perth tmr night. Well, im really looking forward to the trip but i have this unexplain worry in me. I have not even pack my bags and i dont feel urgent at all. Guess those close to me should know why. LOL! its no big deal about it but it would be very troublesome throughout the trip if.......
Anw, im still looking forward to the trip. It would be a good time to enjoy and bond with all. I can't wait for the exchange programme with St Mary's Anglican Girls' School and Iona Presentation College. My group members are Maya, HuiQi, Julia and Maisarah. We have to be at the airport by 10.30 and Dad wants to leave the house at 9!! That's very kiasu of him! haha
So my mother's packing the clothes for me tmr. I'll just let her do it for me since she knows more than me. She asked me today whether would i miss her. HAHA! what a question. But i still must thank my parents for giving me alot of money for the trip. don't worry dad, i'll get you your sheep oil soaps!
